Great journeys start with Metroline drivers.
Metroline supports ‘Hello London’ the new, interactive customer experience training programme for all 25,000 bus drivers across London.
The two-day ‘Hello London’ course has been developed by training facilitator, Steps Drama in partnership with the Capital’s bus operating companies and Transport for London (TfL) and is designed to help drivers recognise and build upon existing customer experience skills and further help drivers deliver the very best customer experience.
Over the next few months we will be following some of our drivers as they participate in ‘Hello London’ and share the impact that it has had and also share what our customers think as we work to deliver the very best service for you.
