Job Summary

Ensuring that recruitment meets the needs of the depots and is legally compliant and the training function meets the company standards and the criteria set down by the DSA. Responsible for ensuring the Recruitment and Training budget and all KPI targets are met.  Responsible for the management of driver CPC in line with the European Directive and legislation.

Main responsibilities

  • Ensuring the recruitment team remain compliant with all Immigration and recruitment processes and procedures;
  • Compilation of monthly staff establishment figures reporting to Exec and Singapore;
  • Compilation of monthly period report consisting of dept statistics including financials and any other area required by the Head of HR;
  • Ensure that a cost effective training programme is in place for all new and existing drivers;
  • Inspires and motivates staff within the department enabling them to reach their full potential;
  • Ensure that Depot Staff Establishments are monitored and maintained at a level allowing cost effective operation;
  • Ensure that the delivery of Driver CPC meets the company requirement to keep all drivers legally compliant.

Essential criteria

  • Must hold a Management CPC qualification or willing to work towards;
  • Understanding of departmental budget

Hours of work

38 hours per week, Monday to Friday
