If your loss occurred within the last two days

If you have lost any property on a Metroline bus service, please contact the relevant garage for the route that you travelled on. Simply search for your route using the search box below to find out the relevant garages contact details.

If you discover that your property was lost on a bus service that doesn’t belong to Metroline, please contact London Travel Information on 0843 222 1234.

If your loss occurred more than two days ago

If your property was lost more than two days ago, you will need to contact Transport for London’s Lost Property Office via the following:
