Job Summary

To assist with all Recruitment and Training administration.

Main responsibilities

  • Coordinating the administration of CPC periodic training;
  • Completion of paperwork for new entrant drivers on a weekly basis;
  • Accruals and invoice management;
  • Weekly collation of recruitment activity and staff movement data;
  • Administrative support;
  • First Aid course booking;
  • Arrange all staff pass applications and renewals for the organisation;
  • Ordering and keeping stock of supplies of stationery.

Essential criteria

Applicant must be at an advanced level of Microsoft Word and Excel.

  • Excellent attention for detail;
  • Ability to operate as a team player;
  • Ability to work well under pressure;
  • Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills;
  • Must be proactive, methodical and results orientated;
  • Highly organised, motivated and able to prioritise workload;
  • Discreet when managing confidential matters;
  • Ability to collate and interpret statistical data.
