Job summary |
Reporting to the Head of Recruitment and Training, the Recruitment Manager will assume full responsibility for the Recruitment function ensuring that recruitment meets the needs of the Garages. Utilising a team of recruitment assistants to provide a robust framework and strategy to reach our driving staff establishment targets. The ability to deputise for the Head of Recruitment and Training when required and deputise for the Training Manager when required.
