Job summary

To support the Head of Recruitment by ensuring that recruitment practises comply with legislation and the companies equal opportunities policy and reflect the companies standards. 

 

Main Responsibilities

 

 

  • Respond to applications for employment;
  • Record all applicant details on Oracle;
  • Arrange recruitment appointments;
  • Ensure all documentation relating to previous employment, driving licence     and immigration documentation is rerecorded;
  • Administer recruitment assessments;
  • Conduct formal structured interviews;
  • Prepare all documentation;
  • Prepare staff record for successful applicants.

 

Essential Criteria

  • Knowledge of Recruitment, employment law and immigration legislation.

Competencies & Skills

  • Excellent written and spoken English with the ability to communicate clearly and at all levels;
  • Excellent attention for detail;
  • Ability to operate as a team player;
  • Ability to work well under pressure;
  • Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills;
  • Ability to collate and interpret statistical data;
  • Must be a team player and willing to develop others to increase team and individual performance.

 

Hours of work

38 hours per week
