Job summary

The role would primarily involve investigating inbound queries and complaints generated by telephone, e-mail, letters and from our internal sources being the Account Management Team, Call Centre and the Credit Control Team. The successful candidate will work closely with the Customer Services Supervisor as well as building and maintaining strong relationships with Account Managers, Department Managers and staff members who are based in London and around the UK.

Main Responsibilities

 

 

  • To Investigate and respond to queries by telephone, letter, e-mail for complaints received from our client base;
  • Logging queries and complaints;
  • Adhering to the KPI’s in place for Corporate and Public Sector Accounts;
  • Processing credits via an in house system;
  • Process credit card payments for payment of Invoices;
  • Liaise with internal departments (Finance, Operations, Sales and Account Management) as well as with Clients, Taxi Drivers and Third party Sub Contractors;

Essential Criteria for application

  • Demonstrable experience in a similar customer services focused role;
  • Word Skills (Intermediate);
  • Excel Skills (Basic);
  • Good Systems skills, preferable Sage 200

  • Able to work in a pressurised environment and meet strict deadlines;
  • Able to prioritise queries and complaints;
  • Be organised, diligent and methodical;
  • Good attention to detail;
  • Good verbal and written skills, good letter composition skills;

Hours of work

38 hours per week, Monday to Friday
