Job summary

This is a demanding role within the Claims department where on a ‘day to day’ basis you will be entering accident details into our insurance database and supporting the day to day administration required in the department

Main Responsibilities

 

 

  • To work in a pro-active, effective manner to minimise financial exposure to the Company;
  • To accurately record accident data into our insurance system;
  • To be able to verbally communicate effectively at all levels;

Essential Criteria for application

  • Skilled in the use of IT systems, including Excel, Word and Outlook;
  • Flexible approach to working hours.

Competencies & Skills

  • Excellent written and spoken English with the ability to communicate clearly and at all levels;
  • Excellent attention for detail;
  • Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills;
  • Highly organised, motivated and able to prioritise workload;
  • Ability to manage own workload effectively and work to strict deadlines;
  • Ability to collate and interpret statistical data.

Hours of work

38 hours per week, Monday to Friday
